From this project, we are given a task to visit the construction site. I have gained my knowledge about the current construction technology on local construction sites. Meanwhile, I also learn to explain the construction elements and its components. Other than that, I found that teamwork is important in completing a group work. Without teamwork, I think we can’t complete the work on time. For instance, we also work together to solve all the problems that we had faced. Through this project, I learnt to communicate with my group members so that we can exchange the information from each others.
This module introduced the structural elements in construction and its application in the building and the knowledge of build ability and awareness of how buildings are developed in response to practical considerations involved in the process of construction.

By doing this assignment, I understood the structural elements in construction and its application in the construction industry. Hence, I can able to apply suitable construction elements and material in my design. Furthermore, I also learnt to demonstrate certain level of manual drawing and sketching skills via this project. Other than that, I learn to work independently and manage the time in complete my work. At the same time, I also learnt how to solve the problem by myself.
